02
Official Rules

Six rules.
Read them once.
Play with clarity.

The contest is transparent and skill-based. Every player follows the same playbook — here is the full set, in plain language.

Rule 01 · Registration

One account per staff member

Each SUMAT employee registers once using their staff ID and work email. Duplicate accounts are removed during validation, and registration must be completed before the deadline.

Rule 02 · Team

Choose one tournament team

Select your tournament team during registration. That selection is locked once registration closes and cannot be changed later.

Rule 03 · Lock

The 15-minute lock

Match calls must be submitted before scheduled kick-off. After that, the fixture is locked — no edits, no late entries, no exceptions.

Rule 04 · Score

Correct calls move you up

Every fixture is evaluated from the recorded final result. Accurate calls improve your standing on the internal table.

Rule 05 · Penalty

Missed calls affect the table

Calls that do not match the final result push you down the rankings, while skipped matches stay neutral until the next fixture.

Rule 06 · Tie-break

Final ties are organizer decisions

If players finish level at the end of the tournament, the organizers will determine the final tie-break method and announce it at that time.

03
Scoring system

Simple rules.
Clear standings.

The leaderboard recalculates after every match so every participant can see how the standings shift across the tournament.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Everything most players ask in the first 24 hours — sorted, in plain language.

Q1When is the registration deadline?+
Registration closes on 11 June 2026 at 23:59 NPT. After that timestamp, no new registrations or tournament selections are accepted — even by a minute. The countdown on this page is your single source of truth.
Q2Can I change my tournament team later?+
No. Your tournament team is locked the moment the registration window closes. You can update your selection while registration is still open, but once 11 June passes, the choice is permanent for the rest of the tournament.
Q3What happens if I skip a match call?+
Skipping is a neutral choice for that fixture. Your position does not improve from that match, but it also avoids a negative result from a rushed decision. You simply wait for the next fixture to gain ground on the staff leaderboard.
Q4How are draws and knockout-stage games handled?+
In the group stage, calls are home / draw / away. In knockout fixtures, you choose the team that progresses, whether by normal time, extra time, or penalties. The advancing side is the accepted final call.
Q5What if two players finish on the same points?+
If two or more players finish on the same points, the final tiebreak decision will be made by the organizers. This may include a tie-break game, quiz, or any other method they choose at that time.
Q6How quickly does the leaderboard update?+
Standings are recalculated automatically after the full-time whistle of every match. Most players see their updated score and rank within 10 minutes of the match ending. Your dashboard shows your live position 24/7.
